After four days of racing and 1,600 miles in their wake, the first 60' multihulls passed the Canaries at midday. Leading the pack, Franck Cammas and Stève Ravussin were consolidating their leader place at the 1600 hour ranking. With a 64 mile lead over Banque Populaire and 82 miles over Gitana 11, the latter forced to make a pitstop in Las Palmas, the Franco-Swiss duo are lengthening their stride in perfect harmony with Groupama 2.
