It's on again in Valencia GP42

Jan Santana's Zurich is ready for the Trofeo de la Reina, starting in Valencia in less than 2 days. In order to face the tough competition, the Spanish GP42 boat will count on some of the best Spanish sailors.

No less than 4 America's Cup crew members will be aboard the GP42 yacht, battling for the trophy off Valencia's coast. They are Jordi Calafat (Alinghi), Pepe Ribes (Victory Challenge), Manu Weiller (United Internet Team Germany) and Nuno Barreto (Desafío Español).
From July 12 to 14, the GP42 fleet will make its grand racing premiere and will undoubtedly grab the headlines at the Trofeo de la Reina - Rolex Cup. A total of 10 boats will be present at the starting line and racing promises to be of unrivaled level, given the number of top professional sailors that will come after spending 4 years in nearby Port America's Cup.
