July 18th we reported that Russell and Larry signed a deal for the next Cup - Well its official as of today. Earlier today in Valencia, Larry Ellison, owner of BMW Oracle, announced that Russell Coutts had signed with the team in the role of CEO and skipper. "I am very delighted to be here.
